If you’re wondering if this narrative is going anywhere, let me just spoil it for you right now: this is basically it. We’re all going to walk through the woods together. Forever.

I originally used the raccoon comic as a placeholder so I could get a feel for working with Comicpress, and so that I could have a finished story here for people to read while it takes me the month and a half to finish the current story. But I never really considered it finished without color, so I took some time to jazz it up with some sepiatones so that it’s a little bit easier to understand, especially the last page, which didn’t make any sense at all without some color.
Sometime yesterday we got linked by the Belfry webcomic index, and got like a billion hits from it, so hello, all of you new readers. I was planning on submitting the site to Belfry eventually; but I was kind of hoping to be able to finish A Fine Day Out first, lest your first experience with my work here be anything less than meaty.
But, heck, you’re here now, and we’re all glad to have you. I hope you dig it; and if you have a mind to, I’d surely be grateful if you added my comic to your list of subscriptions.

Promise?
Yaaaaaay, endless woods!
(By the way, the bird is beautiful!)
And they were walking, and they were walking…..aaaaand…..
